Building Facilities
  • Reception: A receptionist is available at the front desk to receive your guests and packages, answer and direct calls, book the meeting or board room or just deal with your daily general enquiries
  • Meeting Space: We have a 12 person board room and a 6 person meeting room that are available for meetings, training, break outs, interviews or just for some extra space to work on a project
  • Air Conditioning/Heating: Each office has individually controlled air conditioning and heating to meet your comfort levels
  • Cleaning: The Legacy Centre has their own cleaning team that will ensure the Centre is always clean and tidy, reflecting a positive image to your team and guests/clients
  • Fax/photocopier: The centre is able to photocopy or fax documents for you
  • Security: The Legacy Centre has CCTV cameras throughout the general areas both inside and outside of the building (none inside individual units)
  • Car Park: A spacious car park is available in front of the Legacy Centre
  • On site facilities maintenance team: A highly skilled and experienced on site team to ensure the building is always well maintained
Office Facilities
  • Telephone: each office gets a landline telephone with a DDI phone number and Voicemail. Additional lines, DDIs, and Company numbers all with different call routings are available
  • Internet/Data: A high speed leased line is available for all your wired LAN and WiFi needs.
  • Website hosting: Let the Legacy Centre host your website and manage your domain
  • Office Furniture: High quality furniture is already in each office ready for move-in. If you have your own furniture or specific needs, we will do our best to accommodate and be flexible
  • Access Control: The individual office rooms and front doors are all controlled by a digital access control system. For your security, everyone receives a fob key which can be limit access to specific times and also be auditted.
  • Flexible terms: Legacy Centre can offer very minimal notice periods and flexibility for the ever changing commercial needs
  • Virtual Office: If you do not need physical space, The Legacy Centre offers virtual services including a mailing address, telephone numbers, fax numbers and access to the meeting/board rooms when needed
